Product

Are colors safe to use?

All of our colors are CE, UKCA, ACMI, AP certified and completely safe for your skin. As colors are non-toxic, organic and water-based, therefore easy washable.

CE marking signify that products sold in the EEA have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.

UKCA marking is the product marking used for products being placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). The UKCA marking applies to most products for which the CE marking could be used. 

ACMI (art & creative materials institute) certification seals have undergone extensive toxicological evaluation and testing by the ACMI, an international, non-profit association recognized as the leading authority on art and creative materials.

AP (approved product) seal, identifies art materials that are safe and that are certified in a toxicological evaluation by a medical expert to contain no materials in sufficient quantities to be toxic or injurious to humans, including children, or to cause acute or chronic health problems.

Can I have my kit gift-wrapped?

Yes, of course- please choose an option to wrap the kit in bespoke gift wrapping to make it even more special

How do I frame my artwork?

If you have some DIY skills you could easily do it by yourself. If you want to frame the whole-sized canvas then you will need any wooden frame within the maximum size of 90 cm x 127 cm or less and a staple gun.

Or you could ask your local frame shop for help.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We ship almost worldwide. 

How long does the delivery take?

Estimated shipping time may vary between 2-7 working days within Europe and 4-14 days for countries outside the EU. Note that delivery times may be longer than usual when the parcel reaches the destination country if unexpected delays occur when handed over to the local postal service. 

Please note – delivery can be delayed due in holiday seasons.

We will deliver your goods to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

Shipping to your destination country will be calculated in the checkout after you choose your country from the list.

  • Zone 2 – 25.00 Eur – Andorra, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Malta. Estimated delivery: 5 – 7 working days.
  • Zone 3 – 65.00 Eur – USA, Canada Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Zone 4 – 80.00 Eur – UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days

Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

Can I change / cancel an order?

If you contact us before the products are shipped, there is a probability of successfully changing the order per request.

Customers have the right to return the product in its unopened original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose the order confirmation/receipt along with the unused products in the original packaging. 

NOTE: It is your responsibility as a customer to cover the return shipping costs. If you would like to track your return, please check with your logistics company/post office. 

How do I estimate shipping costs?

Will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information.
