Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

Eligibility To Purchase
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Allure art offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. Product available in stock usually is sent out on Tuesdays & Fridays.
Issuing of invoices
After the order in Allure art website is made you will shortly receive confirmation email to your email address which will be provided in product order form. You will receive your order along with an Invoice attached (except European deliveries).
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in EURO and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The EURO price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in EURO, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Privacy
Your personal information, which you provide to Allure art is confidential and will not be passed to 3rd parties. You might be asked only for the information, which is needed for delivery documents. When shipping your order it will be discreetly packaged as we respect your privacy.
Payment
We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal / Braintree payments.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
Delivery
Allure art offers delivery in Europe and as well to the rest of the World. Please see shipping rates “DELIVERY” page on FAQ or when entering your address in order form.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please mind that shipping costs to delivery addresses not found in our system www.allure-art.com might be the subject of an extra shipping charge. To see the exact costs and possible delivery options, please contact info@allure-art.com. Allure-art.com is not responsible and does not compensate any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Allure-art.com is not liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver. Always make sure the delivery address, full name & surname is correcty provided. If item have not been received within 30 days please contact us.
In case there is failure on delivery attempt due to some reason caused by receiver (provided address incorrect, can’t be reached by courier, etc.), parcel will be returned to sender.
Product Description And Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Allure-art. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Returns And Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order with us within 14 days of receiving the order. Notice of contract cancellation should be given by email to info@allureart.com
For orders cancelled, we will issue a GIFT CARD in a value of your payment. However, you will need to return the entire order (unopened, in it’s original packaging & condition) to us on your own cost, by secure means to ensure it reaches us in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged, opened or not in their original condition, may not be accepted and refund refused. All items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds in a form of gift card, will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice as well as the product in accordance with all condition mentioned above.
Faulty Goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. If you find that item you purchased from Allure-art.com.com is faulty, please contact us.
